Yorwoods and RDI, working in partnership with SAC Consulting and organisations from across Europe, have just started a project focusing on designing and developing woodfuel training courses that suit the forestry and woodfuel supply sector moving forwards. The project is called the 'Wood Energy Training Network' (WETNet) and is being delivered in partnership with some of the leading countries and organisations in woodfuel training and development in Europe. We need your input at this stage to help develop the programme.
The North Yorkshire Wildfire Group have announced dates for new basic wildfire training courses and a moorland burning workshop course in 2012.
